On-ice sessions are designed with an emphasis on the following skill development:
- Stick handling, puck control, puck protection
- Ice vision, passing, moving and attacking with the puck, break out tactics
- Various shooting techniques
- Skating techniques, acceleration, explosiveness, agility, edge control, pivoting, cross-overs, balance, power skating
- Mini scrimmages, games, relays designed to further improve kid’s skills development
Off-ice Stick Handling Sessions:
Designed to help players further develop their stick-handling skills, learn Russian stick-handling skill techniques and moves and improve puck control.
